Cbajil Terms & Conditions — What You Need to Know Before Using the Platform

1 General Terms & Definitions

Cbajil (referred to hereinafter as "we", "our platform", or "cbajil") is an online betting and gaming platform operated exclusively for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the cbajil website and all related services.

Transferring or selling your cbajil account to another person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, both accounts will be suspended.

3 Age Restriction & Eligibility

Cbajil is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Use of cbajil by minors is completely prohibited.

• Cbajil reserves the right to request proof of age at any time if there is reason to do so.
• Any minor found using cbajil will have their account immediately closed and all transactions voided.
• To use cbajil's services, you must be of sound mind and capable of making independent decisions.

4 Betting Rules & Conditions

Please read the following rules carefully before placing any bets on cbajil. These rules apply to all betting markets.

Cbajil's betting rules follow the official regulations of international sporting bodies. In the event of any dispute, cbajil's decision is final.

Any account found to be involved in fraudulent activity, match fixing, or any other form of dishonest conduct will be immediately suspended, and legal action may be taken.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

• Any attempt at fraudulent activity or betting manipulation.
• Extended account inactivity (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion requests.

• Delays or errors on the part of third-party payment providers.

Cbajil makes no guarantees regarding expected winnings or outcomes from betting. Betting always carries risk, and you are knowingly accepting that risk.
